FAMÍLIA!!!!
Como estão? Confio que tudo está ótimo com vocês e que tudo mundo está muito feliz!
Está semana foi boa! Começou um pouco devagar, mas isso é normal. Tive entrevista pessoal com Presidente Melo na Terça feira! Foi bem legal mesmo! Ele falou sobre a Doutrina de Cristo e como eu posso viver mais essa doutrina e estudar-la também! Ele me falou sobre a parábola dos talentos e como eu sou como a pessoa que recebeu 5 talentos para cuidar. O Senhor naquela parábola ensinou que recebemos do Senhor aquilo que nós temos capacidade de cuidar. E Presidente Melo me falou que sou capaz de 5 talentos. Isso me ajudou muito! Foi que eu precisava ouvir! Depois daquela entrevista, eu senti bem melhor! Não quer dizer que estava sentindo triste antes, mas senti melhor depois. Depois disso, a semana foi mais ou menos. Estamos nos esforçando muito para ensinar muito, mas é difícil as vezes. Esta semana foi mais de qualidade de que quantidade. Ensinamos uma família bem legal! E marcamos uma data de batismo com eles! E para fechar o dia, eles nós levaram para comer uma pizza! Foi muito bom! Nos outros dias, falamos com poucas pessoas, mas foram pessoas boas. Achamos uma nova família! E a lição com eles foi bom demais! Ajudamos também uma família que está fazendo uma pequena reforma na casa. Quando estávamos lá, chegou areia que ião usar para a reforma. Ajudamos levar a areia para dentro da casa. Foi bem simples e pouco, mas foi engraçado fazer isso de roupa social! Depois, eu fiz uma visita para as Sisters de meu distrito. Foi de um homem e uma mulher que se casaram e batizaram no sábado. Infelizmente, a gente não pudia estar lá, mas foi bom ainda! E ontem, tivemos bastante pessoas no sacramental! Foi muito bom para terminar a semana!
Gostei muito da fotos! Foram bem legais!! Elder M. Silva gostou muito da foto no templo de San Diego! É muito bonito! Bom demais que os Martins foram para ouvir o discurso dele! E também que os Yorks também estavam lá! Donny está entrando na Academy mesmo agora?? Ou é só para fazer alguma coisa? Deve estar animado para entrar logo!
Fiquei muito animado agora que tem Elders novamente no ramo! Manda Conner para trabalhar com eles! Mostrar a área e tudo! Tem que batizar até o pó lá agora!! Não tem desculpa! Ajuda eles também com referências! Vai ajudar eles muito a conhecer a área e as pessoas!
Agora que mandou, eu pensei em algumas coisinhas para pedir.. Mas só na próxima então. Vou aguardar a caixa chegar! E com certeza vou gostar muito! :)
Eu comprei a caixinha de musica na semana passada. Ela pega pendrive! Mas também eu tenho um, então não precisa mandar. Tá tranquilo!
O bicho era bem pequeno! Nada grande. Aquelas são moedas de um real. E têm aqueles desenhos dos Olympics. São uma moeda especial que estão fazendo. Tem mais que preciso achar ainda! Aquele foi um pé de algodão! Nunca tinha visto um pé desse antes, mas é algodão mesmo! Eu não sei que aconteceu com meu pescoço. Mas já melhorou! Tudo está bem! Aquele foi Festa Junina. É uma comemoração de algo que não sei explicar muito bem. Foi na igreja! Foi bem legal!
Esta semana vai ter mais um ou dois batismos! Estou muito animado para batizar mais duas pessoas!!

FAMILY !!!!
How are you? I trust that everything is great with you and that everyone is very happy!
This week was good! It started a little slow, but that's normal. I had a personal interview with President Melo on Tuesday! It was very cool indeed! He talked about the doctrine of Christ and how I can more fully live this doctrine and study it too! He told me about the parable of the talents and how I am like a person who received 5 talents to care for. The Lord taught in that parable that we receive from the Lord the amount of talents we have capacity to care for. And President Melo told me that I can care for 5 talents. That helped me a lot! It was what I needed to hear! After that interview, I felt much better! Not to say I was feeling sad before, but I felt better later. Thereafter, the week was Ok. We are trying very hard to teach a lot, but it's hard sometimes. This week was more quality than quantity. We taught a very nice family! And we set a baptism date with them! And to finish the day, they took us to eat a pizza! It was very good! On other days, we only spoke to a few people, but they were good people. We found a new family! And the lesson with them was good too! We also helped a family who is making a small remodel on the house. When we were there, the sand that would be used for the remodel arrived. We helped bring the sand into the house. It was very simple and not much, but it was fun to do this in our street clothes! Then I made a visit to the Sisters of my district. It was a man and a woman who were married and baptized on Saturday. Unfortunately, they could not be there, but it was still good! And yesterday we had a bunch of people in the sacrament! It was a great end to the week!
I enjoyed the pictures! They were really cool !! Elder M. Silva liked the photo of the temple of San Diego! It's very beautiful! Its really good that the Martins went to listen to his speech! And that the Yorks were also there! Donny is entering the Academy right now ?? Or is it just to do something? He must be excited to enter soon!
I am very excited to have Elders again in our branch! Send Conner to work with them! Show them the area! You have to baptize like crazy there now!! No excuse!  Also help them with referrals! It will help them a lot to know the area and people!
Now you sent something, I thought of a few things to ask for .. But just for the next. I'll wait to get the package! I will definitely like it a lot! :)
I bought a stereo last week. She takes flash drive! But I have one, so do not need to send. I'm good!
It was very small! Nothing huge. Those are coins of a Real. And they have the drawings of the Olympics. They are a special currency they are doing. I need to still find more! That was a cotton foot! I've never seen a foot of that before, but it's cotton! I do not know what happened to my neck. But it has improved! Everything is good! That was the June Festival. It's a celebration of something I can not explain very well. It was in the church! It was very nice!
This week will have one or two baptisms! I am very excited to baptize two more people !!

Só estava brincando sobre a trunkeza! Estou tranquilo!
Sempre tenho algo para melhorar e ele é um exemplo que tenho para olhar. Ele conseguiu mudar tanto, então eu posso ver que realmente é possível para mim também. Me tornar uma pessoa muito melhor do que era antes. Mas eu sei que somente posso me comparar comigo mesmo.
É um pouco difícil falar com o Presidente Melo vendo que ele tem tantas coisas para fazer e ainda está aprendendo como ser Presidente. Ele estava lá em Imperatriz na semana passada. Foi minha última área lá. Mas além disso, ele sempre está fazendo alguma coisa. Então é muito difícil falar ou até ver ele. Eu sempre falo com os missionários retornados nas alas em que passo para aprender alguma nova coisa. Mas somente posso fazer isso no domingo. Então também é difícil. Mas tudo bem!
Está semana foi um pouco melhor. Ainda estamos faltando as famílias para ensinar. Nosso grupo de ensino está um pouco parado agora, mas esta semana, nós vamos fazer bastante novos para ter mais pessoas. Aquela família está quase parada também. Não estão conseguindo cumprir as metas que fizemos. Nem estão chegando perto. Mas ainda vamos lá nesta semana para ajudar. É uma situação bem difícil. Mas fazemos que podemos para ajudar. Ainda não sei fazer as coisas que o LD faz muito bem. Tenho que melhorar muito nos treinamentos que temos e nas entrevistas. Não consigo fazer estas coisas bem organizadas. Na hora de fazer, eu fico bagunçado na mente e não consigo falar tudo que queria. E eu fico falando a mesma coisa vez após vez. Não gosto de falar por muito tempo por causa disso. Fico enrolado quando falo. Mas estou me esforçando para fazer meu melhor. E sei que o Senhor torna as coisas fracas, fortes para nós.
Vai ser quente sempre... Mas a época MAIS quente vai de agosto até janeiro mais o menos. Então está chegando! As pessoas falam que é um calor sobrenatural! Vai ser interessante!
Essas mudanças vieram quando ninguém esperava! Certamente foi um surpreso! Foi uma mudança que eu sabia que ia acontecer. Só não sabia quando! Mas eu sei que Brian vai ser um ótimo presidente do Ramo!!
Sempre gosto muito de ouvir de meu Pa Andrews. Manda um abraço para ele a próxima vez que o veja!

I was just kidding about the trunkeza! I'm cool!
I always have something to improve and he is an example that I can look to. He managed to change so much, so I can see that it is really possible for me too. I can become a much better person than I was before. But I know that I can only compare myself with myself.
It's a little difficult to talk with President Melo seeing that he has so many things to do and is still learning how to be President. He was there in Imperatriz last week. It was my last area. But beyond that, he's always doing something. So it's very difficult to talk to or even see him. I always talk with the RMs in the wards that I serve in to learn something new. But I can only do that on Sunday. So that is also difficult. But it's alright!
This week was a bit better. We are still lacking families to teach. Our teaching group is somewhat stopped right now, but this week, we'll do a lot of new things to have more people to teach. That family is almost stopped as well. They are failing to meet the goals we set. They are not getting close. But we will still stop by this week to help. It's a very difficult situation. But we do what we can to help. I still do not know how to do things that an LD does very well. I have to improve a lot in the trainings we have and interviews. I can't seem to do these things in an organized fashion. When it comes time to do it, I get all mixed up in my mind and can't say everything I wanted to say. And I keep saying the same thing over and over again. I do not like to talk for a long time because of it. I'm all twisted up when I speak. But I am striving to do my best. And I know that the Lord makes the weak things strong for us.
It will be hot forever ... But the HOTTEST season runs from August until January or so. So its coming! People say it's a supernatural heat! It will be interesting!
These changes came when no one expected! Certainly was a surprise! It was a change I knew would happen. Just did not know when! But I know that Brian will be a great Branch President!!

Primeira coisa. Obrigado pela TRUNKESA!!! Me deixou trunky e quase chorando! Estou tão feliz que tudo foi tranquilo com a viagem e que tudo mundo está tão feliz! Dá para ver tanto amor que os fotos têm e que vocês tem por ele. Como eu falei para ele na semana passada, estou correndo atrás dele ainda para chegar ao nível onde ele está. Tenho muito para fazer para ser como ele é.
Me desculpe mas não tenho fotos esta semana... Esqueço de tirar fotos muitas vezes. Mas vou me esforçar para tirar mais! Prometo!
Esta semana foi um pouco difícil. Estamos tendo dificuldades com o acompanhamento de nossas famílias e tudo mais. Então nossos indicadores foram baixas esta semana. Também não tenho feito meu melhor muitas vezes como LD e como missionário. Preciso me arrepender por isso e entregar muito mais meu coração ao Senhor e Sua grande Obra. Esta semana falamos com algumas pessoas bem.... interessantes! Tem um casal de irmãos que estamos ensinando e a moça está dando bastante dificuldade. Ela tem alguns hábitos que não são os melhores que pode ter. Não vou falar detalhas disso porque não é meu lugar. Mas que eu posso dizer é que a última vez que fomos lá, eu deixei Alma 5 para ela ler e estudar. Não precisa mais detalhas do que isso! Temos uma família que estamos realmente ajudando a mudar. O esposo teve muitos problemas com drogas, os dois bebiam, e a esposa teve um lugar para ela se mudar no final desse més. Ela só ficou naquela casa porque não tinha para onde ir. E aí, eu e meu companheiro estamos ajudando eles a ficarem juntos e a resolver os problemas que estão tendo. Fizemos algumas metas com os dois juntos e colocamos num papel na parede deles. Estão tendo dificuldades de cumprir as metas. Mas estamos acompanhando todo dia e vamos ser um pouco mais duro com eles. Mostrar a importância dessas metas que fizeram e ajudar eles a cumprir-las.
Além dessas pessoas, não tem muito mais para falar. Nós entregamos 9 Livros de Mórmon para uma irmã hoje e ela falou que vai entregar por alguns de seus amigos. Então espero que assim podemos ter bastante novas pessoas esta semana! Vai ser bom!
Está começando a ficar mais quente. Nestes dias, estava batendo 40°! Bem quente mesmo! E vai ficar mais quente ainda! Bem mais quente. Agora só vai ser grau por grau. Mas toda vez que sobe, dá para sentir! E o sol tem um poder sobrenatural! Quando andamos no sol, sinto meu pele realmente queimando. E quando passamos na sombra, sinto que algum peso foi tirado do meu corpo. É um poder real! E vai ficando mais quente agora.... Vamos ver que acontece!
Espero que a viagem de volta foi tranquilo! Acho que agora vocês estão no ar ainda. Mas logo logo vai estar em casa! Me manda mais fotos depois! E eu vou mandar para vocês também!

First thing. Thank you for the Trunkiness !!! I left Trunky and almost crying! I'm so glad that everything was good with the trip and that everyone is so happy! You can see so much love in the pictures and the love you have for him. As I said to him last week, I'm running to catch up to the level where he is at. I have a lot to do to be like him.
I'm sorry but I have no photos this week ... I forget to take pictures often. But I will strive to take more! Promise!
This week was a bit difficult. We are having difficulty with the follow up of our families and everything. So our indicators were low this week. Also I have not done my best as LD and a missionary. I must repent for it and turn my heart more fully to the Lord and His great work. This week we talked with some people who were very .... interesting! We have a brother and sister who we are teaching and the girl is being very difficult. She has some habits that are not the best you can have. I will not go into details because it's not my place. But what I can say is that the last time I went there, I left Alma 5 for her to read and study. No more detail than that! We have a family we are really helping to change. The husband had many problems with drugs, the two drank, and his wife had a place for her to move to at the end of this month. She only stayed in the house because she had nowhere to go. So, my companion and I are helping them get together and solve the problems they are having. We made some goals with them together and put them on a paper on the wall. They are struggling to meet the targets. But we are following up every day and we will be a little hard on them. Show the importance of these goals and help them to meet them.
Besides these people, I don't have much more to talk about. We gave out 9 Books of Mormon for a sister today and she said she will deliver by some of her friends. So I hope it can have a lot of new people this week! It will be good!
It is starting to get warmer. These days, it was hitting 40 °! Very hot indeed! And it will get even hotter! Well warmer. Now it will be degree by degree. But every time it goes up, you can feel it! And the sun has a supernatural power! When we walk in the sun, really I feel my skin is burning. And when we walk in the shade, I feel that a weight has been lifted from my body. It is a real power! And it is only going to get hotter now .... Let's see what happens!

Mãe,

Esta semana foi muito boa! Tivemos bastante lições e foram boas! Mas estamos tendo dificuldade com as famílias. Precisamos encontrar mais famílias. Mas isso é uma coisa um pouco difícil aqui. E acredito em todo lugar. Mas quando encontramos uma famílias, a maioria das vezes somente o homem ou a mulher quer nos ouvir. Mas quando conseguimos falar com os dois juntos, é ainda melhor! Isso é uma coisa com que meu distrito em si está tendo bastante dificuldade. E estou tentando achar algum meio pelo qual podemos nós animar para achar estas famílias e ajudar elas a progridem ao batismo. Mas tenho que pensar mais um pouco para achar alguma coisa que poderia ajudar. Se tem alguma ideia, aceitaria com felicidade! Mas além disso, tudo está bem!
Meu companheiro é Elder M. Silva. Ele é de São Paulo e tem 4 meses de missão. Ele chegou junto com Elder Oliveira. Ele trabalha muito bem e estamos se dando muito bem! Tudo mundo feliz aqui!
A ala aqui é bem antiga! Tem muito tempo como ala. Tem um frequência normal e tudo mundo é jovem. Temos dois rapazes quem são missionários de ala e vão nos ajudar para fazer divisões e tudo mais. Vai ser muito bom!
Poti fica na Zona sudeste de Teresina eu acho. Perto da casa onde mora o Presidente da missão.
Agora eu não consigo pensar em alguma coisa agora, mas se eu penso em algo, vou avisar!
Eu estava falando do Challenge Coin. Só que não consegui pensar como se chama aquele negocio. Mas é isso que queria dizer. Desculpa!
Irmã Laureana pediu se eu pudesse ir para Timon no dia do meu aniversário para ter almoço e bolo lá. E cai num P-day então talvez eu consigo autorização. Seria muito bom se eu pudesse ir! Ela ficaria muita feliz! Eu também!
Não lembro o numero de nossa casa agora, mas vou ver esta semana! A casa fica numa esquina e é grande! Antes tinha quatro missionários e agora só tem dois. Então temos o espaço por quatro :) A casa é boa! Mas tem muita barata! :/
É sempre bom deixar a casa limpa! E mais do que nunca agora porque Conner está chegando em casa! Não acredito que ele já terminou a missão dele! Passou tão rápido! E agora começa uma nova fase na vida dele! Vai ser bom!
Deve ter sido uma família gigante se pai precisava olhar para cima para eles. E parece que as mulheres eram altas também! Pessoal daquela família é alta!
Interessante as coisas que Elder Nelson falou para estudar. Bem simples, mas seria um ajuda bem grande! É uma coisa que seria muito bom se todo membro tivesse uma recomendação para o templo ainda que não podem ir com tanta frequência aqui. Mas faria com que os membros sempre têm os olhos fitos no templo! E faria uma grande diferencia na atitude que os membros têm ao respeito do templo.
Eu já decidi que eu vou trabalhar demais para guardar dinheiro para voltar quando o templo em Fortaleza abri. Quero estar aqui na dedicação. E aproveitar para visitar as pessoas e áreas que conheci na missão! Vou fazer isso!
Espero que tudo seja em ordem para o viagem e que tudo mundo está animado! Manda um abraço para Conner! Eu quero fotos! E muitos!! E manda um abraço para a família Risch e Knotts também! E qualquer outra pessoa que Conner conhece!

Mom,

This week was very good! We had a lot of lessons and they were good! But we're having trouble with families. We need to find more families. But this is a rather difficult thing here. My companion is Elder M. Silva. He is from São Paulo and has four months on the mission. He came along with Elder Oliveira. He works very well and we are getting along very well! Everyone is happy here!
The ward here is very old! It has been a ward for a long time. It has a normal attendance and everyone is young. We have two young men who are ward missionaries and will help us go on divisions. It will be very good!
Poti is in the southeastern Zone of Teresina I think. Near the Mission President's House.

I do not remember the number of our house now, but I'll see this week! The house is on a corner and it is huge! Before it had four missionaries and now only has us two. So we have space for four :) The house is good! But it has a lot of cockroaches! : /
It is always good to leave the house clean! And more than ever now because Conner is coming home! I can't believe he is done with his mission! It went so fast! And now begins a new phase in his life! It will be good!
It must have been a giant family if dad had to look up to them. And it seems that the women were tall too! The people in that family are tall!
It's interesting that Elder Nelson told you to study those things. Very simple, but it would be a big help! It's something that would be great if every member had a temple recommend even if they can not go so often here. But it would be great if the members always had an eye single to the temple! And it would make a big difference in the attitude that the members have to respect the temple.
I've decided I'm going to work too to save money to go back when the temple opens in Fortaleza. I want to be here at the dedication. And take the opportunity to visit the people and areas that I've come to know on the mission! I will do this!

Mãe,

Foi uma mudança que não esperava tão cedo na minha missão. Mas se aconteceu, tem um propósito. Então eu vou confiar no Senhor e vou fazer me melhor para ser o melhor que eu posso ser.
O viagem no ônibus foi bem longo. 15 horas para chegar aqui em Teresina. Tinha um homem na frente do ônibus que estava falando o viagem inteiro! 15 horas da vida daquele homem. E ele falava MUITO alto. Mas felizmente eu estava no fundo do ônibus! Então não foi tão ruim. Alem dele, foi tranquilo. Eu NUNCA vi tanta palmeira na minha vida quanto naquela estrada! Milhares de palmeiras... Mas foi legal! Deu bastante tempo para pensar em como ser LD. Me preparei um pouco!
Agora estou na cidade de Teresina mesmo.
Eu recebi minhas caixas na quinta feira! Muito obrigado mesmo! Eu e meu companheiro estamos desfrutando tudo que tem dentro! Eu gostei muito da moeda! Ficou muito muito legal!
Não tivemos mais batismos em Imperatriz. Só aqueles dois quando eu cheguei.
A Irmã Laureana me mandou email, então agora eu posso responder para ela mesmo. Então só vou responder pelo email. É mais fácil.
A clima aqui em Teresina é quente. Mas bem ventilado nestes dias, então isso ajuda um pouco.
O Presidente Siedschlag me colocou como LD. Ainda está aqui. Ele vai em bora no dia primeiro. A partir de dia um de Julho, 2015, Presidente Melo vai ser o presidente da missão. Então ainda tem hoje e a manhã. Mas eu acho que Presidente Melo está aqui na missão a manhã mesmo.
A nova casa e ala são boas! A casa é grande e a ala parece ser bem forte! Tinha duas duplas de missionários aqui antes, mas agora só tem eu e meu companheiro. Então estamos cuidando das duas áreas.
Eu vou conhecer o Presidente Melo na semana que vem eu acho. O nesta sexta feira agora. Não tenho certeza.
Nestes últimos dias, um pouco resfriado. Mas não muito. Estou tranquilo!
Eu acho que talvez engordei um pouco. Mas só um pouco mesmo. Não tenho a onde me pesar, então não tenho certeza.

Estou muito animado para estar aqui e ser um LD! Tenho muito para aprender e vou me esforçar para fazer meu melhor. Alem de tudo, eu ajudei a missão a evitar problemas e não reclamei. É por isso que eu fui transferido, porque Presidente sabia que não ia reclamar nem nada. E ele pudia confiar que faria meu melhor. Só 10 dias até Conner termina sua missão. Passou bem rápido mesmo! E a minha missão está passando rápido demais também! Já tenho 8 meses... Aqui há pouco vou fazer 19 anos! E logo depois um ano na missão. Passa bem rápido mesmo! Vai ser muito legal ter um batismo no dia 4 de Julho! Da para ter um churrasco depois!! Ainda bem que estão ganhando controle sob o incêndio! Agora fica mais fácil para eles apagar totalmente!  Aquela aranha ainda foi pequena! Tem bem maior aqui! Só tenho que achar elas!
Não tenho muitos novidades está semana. Foi um pouco difícil a semana. A primeira semana é sempre assim, mas agora vai melhorar. Temos dois rapazes como missionários de ala e eles vão dividir conosco toda semana e passar referências e tudo mais. Então a trabalho via ficar um pouco melhor agora! Está semana vai ser boa!

Mom,

This was a change that I didn't expect so early in my mission. But it happened, so it has a purpose. So I will trust in the Lord and I will do my best to be the best I can be.
The trip on the bus was very long. 15 hours to get to Teresina. There was a man in front of the bus that was talking the whole trip! 15 hours about the life of that man. And he spoke with a VERY high voice. But fortunately I was in the back of the bus! So it was not so bad. Aside from that, it was quiet. I have NEVER seen so many palm trees in my life than on that road! Thousands of palm trees ... But it was cool! It gave me enough time to think about how to be District Leader. I prepared a little!
Now I am in the actual city of Teresina.
I received my packages on Thursday! Thank you very much! My companion and I are enjoying everything that's inside! I liked the money a lot! It was very very cool!
We didn't have any other baptisms in Imperatriz. Only those two when I arrived.
Sister Laureana sent me email, so now I can respond to her directly. So I'll just respond by email. It is easier.
The weather here in Teresina is hot. But its pretty breezy these days, so this helps a little.
The President Siedschlag called me as LD. He is still here. He goes home on the 1st. From July 1, 2015, President Melo will be the mission president. So we still have today and tomorrow. But I think President Melo is actually in the mission tomorrow.
The new house and ward are good! The house is large and the ward seems to be quite strong! They had two pairs of missionaries here before, but now has only myself and my comp. So we are taking care of the two areas.
I will meet President Melo next week I think. Or maybe this Friday. I'm not sure.
The last few days have been a little cold. But not too much. I'm good!
I think maybe I've gained a little weight. But only a little. I've got no where to weigh myself, so I'm not sure.

I am very excited to be here and be a LD! I have a lot to learn and I will strive to do my best. Above all else, I helped the mission to avoid problems and didn't complain. That's why I was transferred because President knew I would not complain about anything. And he could trust that I would do my best. Only 10 days until Conner finishes his mission. That went by very fast! And my mission is going too fast too! I already have eight months ... I'm going to be 19 in a little while! And then soon after, I'll have a year on the mission. Passes too fast! It will be very nice to have a baptism on July 4th! We should celebrate with a barbecue after !! Glad they are gaining control over the fire! Now it is easier to put it out completely! That spider was still small! They have much bigger ones here! I just have to find them!
I don't have much news this week. It was a little difficult of a week. The first week is always the case, but will now improve. We have two boys that are ward missionaries and they will split with us every week and give us references. So the work will get a little better now! This week will be good!
Now I have to go out there and get some things done. But I love you! I am very happy to have parents who love me as much as you! I'm sending a letter to you today !! I will strive to send more soon!

Ai! Que susto!

Estou indo em bora de Imperatriz. Agora estou sendo transferido para Poti na zona Teresina Horto. Estou sendo chamado para ser Líder de Distrito... De só 6 pessoas. 2 elders e 4 Sisters...... E a partir de hoje, tenho 8 meses de missão. Então foi um pequeno surpreso! Mas eu vou fazer meu melhor para ser o melhor LD que eu posso ser. Vamos ver que acontece! Estou muito animado para essa mudança. Mesmo que eu cheguei aqui em Imperatriz agora. Eu sei que o Senhor tem um propósito para mim como LD lá em Teresina, então eu vou! Vai ser bom! :)
Esta semana foi um pouco devagar. Preparando as coisas para a reunião de despedido do Presidente e tudo mais. Então não trabalhamos muito esta semana mas tudo bem. Agora vou poder começar tudo de novo em uma nova área com novo companheiro e vai ser bom! O sobre nome do Gabriel é Carnelo eu acho. Esqueci meu planejamento em casa e o nome dele está escrito lá. Mas vou verificar está semana! A transferência é hoje. Eu vou em bora daqui a manhã as 0700 horas e vou chegar em Teresina as 2130. 14 horas de viagem no ônibus... 14. Horas. Então isso é a transferência! Ele ficou muito feliz para me ver lá! E eu também! Foi muito bom rever meu "pai"!
O endereço da casa aqui é 96 Rua Maranhão, Centro, Imperatriz, MA. É uma casa branca/amarela na frente. Nada muito legal ou especial. Mas é boa!
Saudade daquele café da manhã... Muito muito bom mesmo! Tem que fazer quando chego em casa!!!! Vou precisar!
A mulher lá em Timon que me chama de seu filho é irmã Laureana. Um de meus recém conversos. Ela sempre dava comida ou qualquer coisa quando a gente precisava. Ela realmente é uma mãe para nós lá. Eu vou responder para a mensagem dela e do Diego também aqui há pouco! Muita saudade deles...
Está sendo muito quente aqui! Mas aqui em Imperatriz está ventando agora. Mas lá em Teresina, não tem vento, e agora vai para a época mais quente do ano... Então vai ser interessante!
Agora tem que começar preparar suas malas para ir e pegar Conner! Vai ser muito bom!! O tempo dele passou rápido demais! E agora está voltando para casa! Passou muito rápido mesmo!

What a shock!

I'm leaving Imperatriz. I'm being transferred to Poti in the Teresina Horto zone. I am being called to be a district leader ... of only 6 people. 2 elders and 4 Sisters ...... This week was a little slow. Preparing things for a farewell meeting for the President and all. So we do not work too much this week but thats ok. Now I can start all over again in a new area with a new comp and it will be good! Gabriel's last name is Carnelo I think. I forgot my planner at home and his name is written there. But I will check is week! The transfer is today. I'm leaving at 7:00am and will arrive in Teresina at 9:30pm. 14-hour trip on the bus ... 14 Hours. So this is the transfer! He was very happy to see me there! And so was I! It was great to see my "dad"! (he is referring to Elder Felipe who was his district leader in Parnaiba)
The address of the house here is 96 Maranhão street, center, Imperatriz, MA. It is a white / yellow house in front. Nothing cool or special about it. But it is good!

The lady there in Timon that calls me her son is Laureana. One of my recent converts. She always gave food or anything when we needed it. She really is a mother to us there. I will reply to her message and Diego's in a little bit! Really miss them ...
It's been very hot here! But here in Imperatriz's its windy now. But there in Teresina, no wind, and now begins the hottest time of the year ... So it will be interesting!

As coisas estão indo bem aqui em Imperatriz! É uma cidade muito grande e movimentado! É um pouco difícil trabalhar com um LZ. Esta semana ele estava viajando nas áreas mais longe da zona (Araguaína Tocantins e Balsas Maranhão. 4 e 6 horas de viagem). E ele saiu na Quarta à tarde e voltou Sábado à tarde. E eu fiquei com um outro missionário, Elder Felipe. Meu LD em Parnaíba! Foi bom, mas a gente não conseguiu trabalhar muito. Ele (Elder Teófilo) é de São Caetano do Sul em São Paulo e ele tem um ano e quase 11 meses. Esta próxima transferência é a última dele. O nome do rapaz do batismo é Gabriel alguma coisa. Não lembro. Mas eu vou pegar o nome dele esta semana! Também, teve outro batismo de um outro rapaz chamado Luidy De Carvalho Silva. no dia 11 de Junho, 2015. Não tenho fotos porque eu estava fazendo uma entrevista batismal quando o batismo começou. Eu vou ver se eu consigo um foto de alguém.
O viagem de Teresina para Imperatriz no ônibus é 14-15 horas... Então foi bem mais rápido com o presidente da estaca. Se eu fico aqui nesta zona para a próxima transferência, eu vou receber as caixas no começo do próximo mês. Mas tudo bem.
A ala desta área e a estaca inteira é uma situação difícil. A estaca foi criada numas circunstâncias esquisitos e estranhos. Então a maior frequência de uma ala aqui é mais ou menos 80. Tem uma ala que é mais para 30-50. Não é uma estaca muito forte por causa do jeito que foi criado. Mas estamos ajudando as unidades crescer aqui! A capela aqui é a sede da estaca, então é por isso que é tão grande! O trabalho aqui é bom! Muitas famílias e pessoas boas. Só que não temos muito tempo para trabalhar direto. Mas é o jeito com um LZ.
Elder Oliveira vai terminar o treinamento dele com seu novo companheiro. Só mais 3 semanas quando a gente separou. A área de Timon 2 foi fechado por enquanto. Não sei como vai ser no futuro.
Não sei o endereço da casa, mas vou pegar esta semana. A casa é mais ou menos boa. Estamos mudando de casa aqui há pouco. Então vai mudar de endereço. Mas ainda vou mandar para ti!

The Teresina trip to Empress on the bus is 14-15 hours ... so was much quicker with the stake president. If I stay here in this area for the next transfer, I will get the packages early next month. But it's alright.
The ward in this area and the entire stake is a difficult situation. The stake was created under some strange circumstances. Then the highest attendance of a ward here is about 80. It has a ward that is more like 30-50. The stake is weak because of the way it was created. But we are helping the units grow here! The chapel here is the stake center, so that's why it's so great! The work here is good! Many families and good people. Except that we do not have much time to work. That is the way it is with a zone leader comp.
Elder Oliveira will finish his training with his new companion. Just three weeks since we separated. The area of Timon 2 was closed for now. I do not know what will happen in the future.
